EULA - End User License Agreement

LICENSE INFORMATION:

License Agreement For BeetsWare Products.

Please Read Carefully: This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and BeetsWare.

If the BeetsWare Product is not accompanied by this License Agreement you may not use this Software.

By installing or otherwise using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, you may not use this Software.

Software Product License. This Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This Software Product is licensed, not sold:

1. Grant Of License. You are granted the following rights upon your purchase:

You may install and use one copy of the BeetsWare Product on not more than one stand alone computer to which you are the legal owner.

BeetsWare Products are designed for "Stand Alone Computer Systems with Multi-User Capabilities". Though some of the BeetsWare Products will function on Network Environments, it is hereby not endorsed. Network Environments are systems whereby more than one computer is connected to another by way of cables or wireless.

If Network Functionality is maintained by the user, then the user excepts all responsibility for users action and must agree to the one computer license agreement per Software Purchase by Purchasing a License for each additional computer.

A license for the BeetsWare Software Product may not be shared or used by a third party.

2. RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and Disassembly:

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any BeetsWare Product or component parts if any.

This BeetsWare Product is licensed as a single product. Its component parts if any, may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

You may not rent, lease or otherwise give away any BeetsWare Product.

You may not transfer any of your rights concerning the sale or transfer of any computer system to which a copy of the BeetsWare Product is installed. You must remove any BeetsWare Product or Upgrade from any computer system for which you intend to sell, give away or otherwise salvage at your own expense.

Without prejudice to any other rights, BeetsWare may terminate this License Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the BeetsWare Product and all of its component parts if applicable.

3. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the BeetsWare Product (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text and "logo," incorporated into the Software Product), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Software Product, are owned by Nic Beets - BeetsWare.

4. Medium. You may receive the BeetsWare Product in more than one medium. Regardless of the type or size of medium you receive, online electronic transfer, cd or floppy disk, you may use only one medium that is appropriate for your computer at time of purchase.

BeetsWare will not be responsible for any damaged Software Product in regards to electronic transfer, damaged cd''s or damaged floppy disks which are the result of purchaser abuse. BeetsWare will however replace any damaged cd''s, or floppy disks which are damaged via delivery transport and any online electronic transfered Software Products which are not completed due to technological malfunctions.

You may not loan, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the medium to another user.

5. PRODUCT SUPPORT. Product support for the BeetsWare Product is provided online by e-mail only. For product support, please refer to: support@nicbeets.com

You are entitled to support for one year following the Software Product purchase date.

Support needs beyond one year of the purchase date will be considered as an extension. Please contact support@nicbeets.com for extended support prices.

If you do not have a valid license to use this BeetsWare Product, then you may not use the Software. Any other use of the Software is prohibited.
